The semiconductor line includes high-purity process chemicals from Acetic Acid to Xylene. Included in the semiconductor line are Buffered Oxide Etches (BOE), and Mixed Acid Etches (MAE). Additionally, Puritan is a value-added component of semiconductor suppliers by serving as an extension of their manufacturing capability. Proprietary formulations are produced and analyzed for our customers who supply manufacturers of microelectronic devices. The decapsulation line of chemicals includes both fuming nitric and fuming sulfuric acids. These fuming acids are used with decapsulation equipment to conduct failure analysis of microelectronic devices.

The reagent line of chemicals meets or exceeds ACS specifications and includes all acids: Acetic, Formic, Hydrochloric Hydrofluoric, Nitric, Perchloric, Phosphoric, and Sulfuric. Also included are solvents and solvent blends, hydrogen peroxide, ammonium hydroxide, and base solutions such as Potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide. Custom salt solutions and acid and solvent dilutions are a specialty of Puritan Products. These solutions are made with deionized water that exceeds 17.5 meg-ohm昪m in purity.

Each product in our line is analyzed in our own fully equipped quality control laboratory. The laboratory personnel perform both wet chemical analyses and instrumental analyses including trace metal analysis with ICP and AA. Test method development is also routinely performed by our laboratory personnel particularly for our proprietary and custom blended products.

All of the above products are packaged in a variety of sizes and materials of construction. The sizing of the packages ranges from 500 ml to 330 gallon totes. MIcrofilling of our products is also available. The materials of construction include HDPE, PFE, amber glass, flint glass, and steel. Specific customer supplied packaging is also utilized.

The products are sold under the Puritan label or under the private label of our OEM customers. Puritan has its own pressure sensitive label production area that prints both Puritan labels and other company抯 labels.
