Nature： Appearance: colorless or light yellow clear liquid Active matter content（take on Clo2）:2.0% PH value: 8.0-10.0 Density（20℃）, g/cm3: 1.02-1.08 Feature: It can be very effective in killing micro-organisms of the circulating cooling water. It can not only kill microbes but also decompose residual cell structures. That can effectively control bacteria, algae and biological slime. Advantages: 1. Strong bactericidal, fast-acting, long efficacy time. 2. Broad spectrum, has better sterilizing rate on heterotrophic bacteria, iron bacteria, sulfate-reducing bacteria. 3. Can be used in a wide pH range (6-9). It still has better sterilizing effect in high PH value cooling water. 4. Good miscibility on the scale and corrosion inhibitor in circulating cooling water treatment 5. Safe and Convenient. 6. No reaction with the ammonia and most of the amine. Therefore, the bactericidal effect is not affected. 7. In water, it will not generate the carcinogen of the chlorinated organic compounds (such as chloroform, etc.). Method of application： 1. Foundation dosing: The first time dosing for the circulating cooling water system, or the first time dosing after a major overhaul called the foundation dosing. According to system volume (or retain water), dosing（50-100）MG/L（take on stable JN-2B concentration） 2. Normal dosing: Every two days (48 hours) dosing, according to volumetric content of system, each dosing is（30-50）mg/l（take on JN-2B concentration） Dosing method： （A）activate—according to the activation operation steps provided by our factory, put activation solution into stable JN-2B, activation time（10-15）minutes. The activation solution is free provided by our factory. （B）addition—the activated JN-2B is added to the set of circulating water pool or cooling tower pool by metering pump or water-blaster, it can also be added into collecting basin or tower pool of cooling tower. （C）the stable JN-2B which is activated should be used in one day. Packaging and Storage：The product is packaged by 25KG or 20KGplastic drum. Store in a cool room. Storage period is one year. |
