Applications:
Polyoxyethylene alkyl naphthol features good wetting, penetrating, emulsification, dispersibiliy, solubilization and cleaning ability, and is widely used in detergent, daily chemicals for personal care, textile, paper, oil, metallurgy, pesticide, pharmacy, printing, synthetic rubber, synthetic resin and plastic industries. It is a novel excellent emulsifier, mainly used for pesticide with good stability, and also is good finishers in textile such as defoaming agent, detergent, dispersant, emulsifier, softener, dyeing assistant and fiber oil agent, as well as demulsifier for crude oil.
It has better emulsification than that of the APEOs(Alkylphenol ethoxylates).

It is an excellent emulsifier for polymerization and copolymerization of some unsaturated compound such as acrylate, propylene, butadiene, styrene and chloroethene. High concentration and high stability emulsion without agglomeration can be obtained with a little dosage of 0.2%-3.0%. It can also be used as emulsifier for natural rubber latex, synthetic rubber latex and plastisol dispersion (like polyacrylate emulsion).

It is an ideal emulsifier for polyacrylate emulsion with high content of 45%-50%. It can be use in both continuous emulsion polymerization process and batchwise emulsion polymerization process to get fine and even emulsion particle and stable emulsion and emulsion matrix system.

Due to its excellent dispersibility, the emulsion matrix has good anti-shearing force in E-PVC manufacture process to get stable polymerization and avoid adhesion and deposition of emulsion particle onto the surface of the reactor.

It will not be radical scavenger and quencher as there is no double bond in the structure, which also ensures the duplication and continuing of the emission polymerization with a maximum limit.

Low concentration sulfate and good thermally resistance of the final product can be ensured by the less dosage and even polymerization.

It can be directly used in the polymer as an anti-static agent with its good anti-static property.

Used as raw materials for other emulsifier for emulsion polymerization, especially for pressure-sensitive adhesive, plate alignment adhesive and counter resin.

Textile auxiliary: Used as pretreatment agents in dyeing and finishing with good wetting ability and penetrability, such as scouring agent, wetting agent and penetrating agent, it is can replace the alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO) products such as TX-10, Op series and NP series to solve the environmental problems.

Package: 125L, 200L in plastic drum, or 25 kg in kraft paper bag according to the product parameter.
