Properties and characteristics
1. Do not contain bromide efficient, lasting textile Environmental protection flame retardant
2. Excellent flame anti-flame effect, the dosage is 40% of the general flame retardant
3. Soft, dry handle, to color shade almost no effect
4. Easily soluble in water, easy to use
Range of application
Especially suitable for the durability anti-flame treatment of the polyester fabric ,Nylon.
Instructions for use
1. Dosage will depend on the fabric fiber category, organization structure, fabric gram weight, flame retardant standard, general working liquid concentration 80-250 g/l.
2. 10% available soda solution adjustable PH value to 6-7.
3. Technological process: pad (infusion rate > 70%) - preliminary drying (110-130 °C) - baked (195-205 °C, 60 seconds)
Packaging, storage
70 kg /plastic drum or according to customers’ requirements, storage in a cool and dry area.
