  The utra-low temperature Curing accelerate agent KC5250 is used as the curing accelerator of the epoxyl resin, and used for the preparation of the low-temperature curing powder coating.
  
  1. Technical Parameters
  ?Appearance: White to light yellow needle or particle crystal
  ?Content: ≥98.5%
  2. Product Properties
  ?It is used to produce the low-temperature curing powder coating, the lowest curing temperature could be reached to 120℃.
  ?The powder coating films could be well cured, with smooth surface, high gloss coating fullness,resistant to yellowing, and also cured at a higher temperature. But the high temperature or long time baked can cause yellowing.
  ?The production costs could be reduced by adding a little polyester to formulation and flexibly adjusting the curing temperature.
  3. Dosage
  The curing condition: 120℃*30min or 125℃*20min.The formulation mass ratio: m（E-12epoxyl resin）: m（KC5040）: m（KC5250）=100:15:2.Please according to the test to determine the specific amount.
