  Product Description: Surface strength agent TKZ-001 is a styrene-acrylic polymer emulsion product. It has the features of easy film-forming, absorbency and water resistance. Compared with the traditional surface strength agents, it's doing better in binding with the fiber, and manages to solve the problem of the paper broken phenomenon which is caused by the evaporation of moisture and sheet shrinking in the process of drying. Therefore this product could improve the printability and increase the surface strength of the paper.
  Functions
  1. It could reduce the phenomenon of dropping powder, and improve the physical index such as the surface strength, smoothness, stiffness and the sizing degree of paper to a great extent.
  2. It could significantly improve the printability, make the printing dot clear and the color bright. This product could reduce the phenomenon of cross color, strike through and dropping powder, which is especially suitable for the ink-jet printing, laser printing and multi-color overprinting.
  3. It is stable and its shelf life is long. It has the features of better film-forming and water resistance.
  4. Compared with similar or polyvinyl products, it has the advantages of use convenience, superior performance and low cost, etc.
  5. It was inspected by the department of health and epidemic prevention and proves non-toxic. It could be used in the industry of food packing.
  6. If used properly, this product doesn't produce bubbles or change the surface tension of the liquid.
  Usage
  Add this product to the surface sizing starch solution according to the proportion of 1:10. Add a specific amount of TK-SA600 to the already cooled gelatinized starch solution (below the temperature of 80), and mix them for later use.

  200kg or 1000kg per plastic drum.
  Storage
  It should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place.
  Safety and protection
  It doesn't irritate the skin or cause any allergies to skin. If it is sprayed into eyes by accident, please wash with water immediately, and go to see doctor for advice if seriously. This product is not easy to catch fire, unless the contained water vaporized out, the remaining organics may burn, if accident occurs, put out the fire with water.
