Introduction:
SilibaseRA-4100 release agent is a silicone-based release agent. It contains hydrocarbons. It is economical in use. SilibaseRA-4100 release agent is used for polyamides. Recommended to be stored between 10°C and 30°C.
Applications:
Applicable to the outsole of polyurethane, the mold release and release of the production of continuous; The PU products that I'm referring to are PU soles, PU elastomer and PU integral skin.?
Instructions:
?1. Clean the mold;
?2. Apply the SilibaseRA-4100 release agent diluent evenly on the mold using spray gun and brushing method;
?3. Repeat step 2 for new molds or cleaned molds;
?4. Forming;
?5. Demoulding;
?6. Operating temperature: normal temperature~350℃;
?7. The dilution ratio is 1:15~45. When using it for the first time, it is recommended to start the trial with the minimum dilution ratio.
?8. Diluents: aromatic, aliphatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, petroleum solvents.
Precautions:
1. When using for the first time, please fully clean the mold. If the cleaning is not sufficient, the effect of SilibaseRA-4100 release agent will not be fully exerted;
2. In continuous use, if you feel that the demolding performance is decreased, spray SilibaseRA-4100 release agent diluent evenly on the surface of the mold to maintain a good demoulding effect;

Store:
?SilibaseRA-4100 release agent can be stored for at least 12 months in the original airtight container under the condition of 5~30℃.
