  Application of Le rubber plastic reinforcing agent in rubber field
  ● Granularity is nanometer grade, over 1,000 meshes
  ●With favorable comprehensive properties and high cost performance, it is another choice of reinforcing agent. Its reinforcing property can correspond with that of N550 and N660 medium-structure carbon black.
  ●Used together with carbon black and white carbon black, it produces synergy.
  ●It prolongs scorch time and keeps favorable dispersibility with unique surface treatment technique.
  ●Under ultrahigh filling, it still keeps low rigidity (about 5~10phr increment one degree Shore A), high reinforcing property and low mooney viscosity.
  ●It is easily to extrude, keeps high flowability of product and can replace the imported product.
  ●It produces favorable gloss, smooth surface and insulating property for rubber products.
  ●It improves heat resistant quality of rubber products and is of assistant flame retardant property.
  ●It has good flexibility and large elongation in vulcanixed rubber, especially compared with white carbon black. Vulcanixed rubber
  ●with Le rubber plastic reinforcing agent is of small bounce impact elasticity and compression set, and the rubber product is of low static stiffness ratio. It is suitable for using in vibration blocks of automobile suspension system.
