  1,Primary sedimentation treatment
  2,Secondary activated sludge treatment process and followed by sludge dewatering, thickening, digestion and drying.
  The purpose of the primary sedimentation treatment is to remove settleable solids from the waste water by using combination of inorganic coagulants (PAC), ferric chloride (PFC) and other polymer flocculants. Secondary treatment through activated sludge process by aeration or tricking filter is to remove suspended solids, nitrogen and phosphate. The sludge is then treated with cationic polyacrylamide(CPMA) in the process of dewatering to achieve better efficiency in thickening,digestion and drying.
  
  Anionic Polyacrylamide
  Anionic Polyacrylamide product is used as coagulants and flocculants in various industrial waste water treatments plants. It can applied to beer industry,pharmaceutical industry, paper making industry, mining industry, oil drilling industry, textile printing and dyeing, chemical industry, food processing industry and oily based waste water treatment industry. Variation of the content of the waste water and differentiation of the treatment process will result in the use of different types of polyacrylamide products.
  Anionic Polyacrylamide is usually applied with inorganic additive in the primary treatment process to enhance the efficiency of flotation or precipitation. Adjustment of the PH value can obtain better result.
  During the secondary dewatering process of sludge, cationic Polyacrylamide is usually applied to achieve better effect on solid-liquid separation.
