SilibaseSR-X232 SILICONE INTERMEDIATE is a solventless, reactive, methoxyfunctional methyl-phenyl polysiloxane with a narrow molecular weight distribution.
Applications
The silicon intermediate has good compatibility with organic resins, high reactivity, and good film hardness after modification. It can be used for coil coatings, electrical products, industrial maintenance coatings, protective coatings, high temperature applications, OEM coatings, tableware coatings, Non-stick coating, etc.

Application
Dangerous characteristics:
SilibaseSR-X232 Organic Silicon Intermediate is not a dangerous product, but its solvent is a flammable liquid, which burns when exposed to heat or open flames. Available extinguishing agents: carbon dioxide, foam, dry powder, 1211 fire extinguisher.
Precautions for storage and transportation:
If the solvent is found to volatilize, add the corresponding solvent to dilute and continue to use it. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse below 35°C, avoid contact with acid and alkali, and keep away from fire and heat sources. There should be fire-fighting channels at the level of fire-fighting equipment, and handle with care when loading and unloading. Store and transport as dangerous goods.
