  Product Introduction:
  
  1.This product is a cationic, styrene, acrylate copolymer emulsion
  surface sizing agent. It is a product for paper making to enhance the
  surface strength, water resistance, ring crush strength, smoothness
  and printing performance of paper or paperboard. This product has
  excellent properties due to its excellent affinity with fiber, good
  hydrophobicity of the surface sizing film and strong ring pressure
  enhancement capability.
  
  2.This product can effectively cross-link with sizing starch, and
  has good film-forming ability. It can improve the printing surface
  strength and sizing degree of paper. At the same time, it can reduce
  production costs and improve production efficiency. This product can
  replace in-pulp sizing.
  
  3.This product is suitable for corrugated paper, box board paper,
  white bullock cards, coated paper, etc.

  Performance Characteristics:
  
  1. In the sizing process, the product has good affinity and retention
  with fibers, good compatibility and synergistic effect with starch and
  other additives and dyes.
  2. Improving the water resistance and ring compression strength of box
  board and corrugated paper significantly.
  3. Improve the surface strength and water resistance of the paper,
  completely replace the sizing agent in the pulp, and the paper after
  sizing completely changes the phenomenon of moisture regain and
  degumming.
  4. It has excellent mechanical stability, less bubbles are produced
  during operation, and no additional defoamer is needed.
  5. It can be used with raw starch, oxidized starch and cationic starch
  for surface sizing. It has the advantages of low dosage, low cost and
  remarkable sizing effect.
  6. This product is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, noncorrosive
  and non-dangerous.

  Usage:
  
  Use level 2-5KG/T.
  When the surface starch is cooled below 50oC,add emulsion about 5-10% relative to starch.
  It can be used with fluorescent brighteners and fuel.
  
  Attention:
  
  Avoid mixing with anionic auxiliaries.
  Store in a cool place,avoid sun exposure.
  Six months at room temperature.
