  Efficient coupling agent KC2010 is a new multifunctional inorganic filler surface treatment agent，according to the use of a unique surface chemistry package handling technology, and it is based on toughening mechanism and multi-directional coordination principles of rigid inorganic particles, the product is developed. It can produce a certain interfacial interaction and the interface layer in the inorganic filler and the resin, it increases the binding force between the inorganic filler and the resin. It suit for surface modification treatment of powder coatings and filler, containing calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, talc, mica, montmorillonite, and other inorganic fillers.

  1. It can significant improve in wetting and dispersion of the filler in the resin, increasing the amount of filler, reducing costs.
  2. It can significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties and chemical properties of powder coatings, especially impact resistance.
  3. It can improve the rheological properties of inorganic fillers and the mobility of the system.
  4. This product is a solid powder, can be added directly involved in extrusion, have an excellent effect.
  
  Dosage:
  1. This product is used by added to involve in extrusion, The use level is 1-3% by weight based on total formula. Please according to the test to determine the specific amount.
  2. Or inorganic filler pretreatment have a better effect. Pretreatment method as follows: 100 parts of the inorganic fillers is placed in the high speed mixer, stirring and temperature was raised to 80-90 ℃, adding 1-3 parts efficient coupling agent KC2010, stirring heated to 115℃, continue stirring for 3-5 minutes,the material is to spare.
