  The KC4010 is a polyether polymer, the pigment melt extrusion together with product to prepare different size dot powder, and then blending with a variety of powder coating, due to the compatibility each other, it could maintain the flow diffusibility, and then forming the diffusion, peacocks, willow, multicolor, granite gemstones pattern on the coating films.

  2. Product Properties
  ?Suitable for all types of powder coatings, including epoxy, epoxy/polyester,
  polyester/TGIC, polyester/hydroxyalkyl amides, polyurethanes and acrylic and other systems.
  ?Applied flexibly, add less, stable performance. the desired pattern size can be
  prepared by adjusting the dosage.
  
  3. Dosage
  When preparing dot powder, adding 4% -10% amount of the RC401. mixing and extruding together with polyester or pure polyurethane and pigments, after grinding, the different granularity dot powder ( pattern diffusion powder) could be obtained through the 60-120 mesh sieve. the dot powder is externally added to the bottom powder and then dry mixing, the dot powder amount is 0.1%-2% of the buttom powder.
  4. Application Description
  ?In formulations of the bottom powder, generally without or adding less leveling
  Agent, Benzoin and other additives.
  ?A small amount of wax or leveling agent is added to the bottom powder to obtain the excellent leveling coating films.
  ?If a small amount pattern agent is added to the bottom powder, we can obtain a regular pattern effect on the coating films, three-dimensional sense is stronger.

  Packaging?with?carboard drum, Net?weight?20kg?per?drum.Sealed packaging, storing in a cool and dry place, reasonable storage shelf life of this product is at least 2 years.
