  A5: Generally speaking, we will recommend suitable products after knowing clients' applications, then send samples via express such as TNT, DHL, FEDEX to clients directly.

  A6: Our common package options are 10kg paper bag for powder form carbon black, 20kg paper bag for beads form, design for bags according to clients requirements are available.
