  Purpose: This product is an excellent antioxidant for various polymers. It is especially suitable for polyurethane soft foam board, which can prevent polyols from forming peroxide during storage and prevent scorching from foaming. Because of its low volatility and excellent compatibility, it is especially effective in the forced air cooling process of polyurethane. This feature also prevents fogging on the surface of products used in automobiles and colouring of textiles. This product not only has excellent oxidation resistance, but also has the convenience that liquid additives can be pumped, easy to use and effective mixing. In a single liquid, emulsion, suspension, solution or melt polymer processing mode, SONOX1135's low volatility and liquid state make it particularly applicable. It is easy to emulsify and can dissolve, disperse or keep pure liquid in the process of processing. It can be added before, during and after polymerization. The recommended dosage of SONOX 1135 is between 0.15% and 0.5%.
