  Function: Antibiotic, Growth-promoting
  Enramycin is a kind of polypeptide antibiotics which composed by an unsaturated fatty acid and dozen amino acids. It is produced by Streptomyces fungicidicus. Enramycin was approved to be added in the feed for long-term use by Department of Agriculture in 1993, because of its safety and significantly.
  
  Pharmacological and function:
  Enramycin has a strong anti-bacterial effective against gram-positive bacteria, the antibacterial mechanism is inhibit bacterial cell wall synthesis. It has strong bactericidal activity against the harmful Clostridium in the intestine, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus and so on. The minimum inhibitory concentration to Gram-positive bacteria is 0.39-3.12ug/ml.
  
  The antimicrobial activity of enramycin for clostridium perfringens
  As we know, clostridium perfringens is widely existed in feeds. It can damage the small intestine, and will be aggravated of the coccidiosis. Compare with other antibiotics, enramycin are effective to reduce the quantity of clostridium perfringens.

  Enramycin Characteristics:
  1. Tittle of enramycin in feed can vastly promote the growth of piglet and broiler and be effective for promoting the feed rewarding.
  2. No matter there is oxygen or not, can enramycin effective against Gram-positive bacteria especially Clostridium perfringens and cure necrotic enteritis.
  3. Good working. Enramycin can be mixed use for many kinds of antibiotics against Gram-negative bacterium.
  4. It can reduce the ammonia concentration in the intestinal and blood, decrease ammonia concentration in the shed.
  5. It can decrease the symptoms of coccidiosis and improve the anticoccidial effect of coccidial drug.
  6. It’s not absorbed in animal’s intestinal tract, so there is no residual and withdrawal time. It’s very suitable for long-term use.

  Dosage and adminstration
  1、 Pigs：
  Piglets: 150 g/MT (control diarrhea and growth-promoting).
  Finishing pig: 75-100 g/MT (growth-promoting).
  Sow: 100-125 g/MT (Increase the sow lactation and the Weaning piglet weight).
  2、Chickens:
  0-14days broilers: 125 g/MT (control diarrhea and growth-promoting)
  15-25days broilers: 100 g/MT (control diarrhea and growth-promoting)
  After 36days broilers: 75 g/MT (control diarrhea and growth-promoting)
  Laying chickens: 75 g/MT (disease prevention), 150 g/MT (cure enteritis)
  3、 Fish: 100g/MT(control diarrhea and growth-promoting)
  4、 Rabbit: 150g/MT(control diarrhea and growth-promoting)
