Other names： Polyhydric alcohol phosphate ester PAPE Nature： Appearance: brown Thick sticky paste Orthophosphoric acid content（To PO34-meter）, %: ≤6.5 Organic phosphorus content（To PO34-meter）, %: ≥35 Feature: Has the ability of Adsorption-analytic to solid particle in water. This product does not precipitate when it used with quaternary ammonium salts biocide agent Purpose: Used as Chelating disperse agent, scale inhibitor, especially used as scale inhibitor of oilfield water injection process. Also apply to chemical plants, refineries, air-conditioning systems and copper heat exchanger circulating cooling water, used as scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor. When used alone, coagulant dosage concentration is 5-10mg/L, which can scale inhibition, if increase the concentration appropriately, it will shows good inhibition performance. PH value is 7.0-8.5. When used with zinc salt, coagulant dosage concentration is 4-5mg/L, zinc ion is 2-3mg/L. |
