Characteristics WS62M CN is transparent colorless polydimethylsiloxane oily liquid. Its two end group is hydroxyl group. Due to structure of its terminal hydroxyl group, WS62M CN and itself or alkyl-modified silane condensation reaction.
Application WS62M CN can use and reactivity of alkoxysilane reaction, performed to manufacture organic modified silicone oil. Particularly is that reaction is carried out to produce amino silicone and aminoethylaminopropyl silane. Amino silicone oil can give good soft performance of various textiles. Process WS62M CN usually reaction with functional silane in warmed case. Reaction rate improve by adding acidic or basic catalysts. Byproduct of condensation reaction, i.e., water and methanol, can remove by reducing pressure (suction vacuum).
