Characteristics Wacker alkali-resisting silicone oil KCE 3111 CN is non-ionic silicone oil micro emulsion.
Application KCE 3111 CN is an ideal softener, apply to variety of fiber and fabric. It can give woven and knitted fabric soft, smooth and flexible feel. For knitted cotton fabric and cotton or polyester, KCE 3111 CN is the best softener. KCE 3111 CN improve wash/wear performance, improve wrinkles recovery angle, improve sewing performance, and tear strength, reduce friction losses. And these properties are still keep good after washing or dry cleaning. In normal conditions of use, KCE 3111 CN has little effect to whiteness. In addition, its shade and color fastness not observed any negative impact. KCE 3111 CN can use alone, can also mix with resins or other finishing agent. Add KCE 3111 CN can obtain higher folds recovery angle and lower wear values in resin finishing.
