The Silicone Ink is highly glossy and has great flexibility and abrasion resistance. Curing takes about 8-10 minutes at 200°C. Cleaning the surface of silicone items. 2. Mix A and B component at ratio 1:1. 3. Mix ink with special solvent (10%±3%) appropriately. 4. Pouring the thoroughly mixed ink on the screen printing plate for printing the S. ink on products’ surface. 5. Baking method: A. Vertical oven: Baking at 180℃ for 20-50 minutes. B. Horizontal oven: Baking at 200℃ for 8-10 minutes. C. IR strip: Baking at constant temperature 200℃ for 8-10 minutes Storage Stored with refrigerate at 0℃~5℃ Shelf Life 6 Months at room temperature.
