Quantity: 1000 Payment Method: TT Application and Formulation FR6550E is the master batch developed especially for use in polyolefin. It is the ideal partner for halogen-free flame-proofing EVA, PE, PP (homo-polymer and co-polymer) articles such as tubes, profiles, wires, cables, film, etc. FR6550E is generally combined with one or more synergistic co-agents such as metal hydroxides (Al(OH)3, Mg(OH)2), organic phosphoric esters, expandable graphite, melamine derivatives, etc. A recommended dosage should range from 3 to 16%(by wt)based on the weight of total compositions, depending on the kind of polymers, other flame retardant content and the required flame retardancy class. Processing Instructions FR6550E shows high thermal stability for polyolefin (EVA, LDPE, PP) intended to be processed at temperatures ranging from 120℃ to 220℃. It is also important to ensure that FR6550E is processed as gently as possible. Strong shear forces tend to promote formation of phosphate because the shear effect exposes reactive surfaces on the phosphorus particles. Package and Storage FR6550E is delivered in 25kg Multi-layer sealed bags: inner is plastic bag, outer is paper bag with plastic film coated inside, or according to customer’s requirement. |
