1, Properties PAM is a water soluble polymer, insoluble in most organic solvents, has good flocculation, and it can reduce friction between theliquid. resistance As properties,it can bedivided into non-ionic, anionic, cationic and two-gender four types.
1, flocculation: PAM can play the role of flocculation through the suspended material electrical neutralization and bridging adsorption effect. 2, adhesion: PAM can play the role of bonding through mechanical, physical, chemical effect. 3, reducing resistive: PAM can reduce the fluid friction,adding tiny PAM into water will be able to make resistance drop 50-80%. 4, thickening: PAM has increasing denseness effect in both neutral and acidic conditions,when the PH value is 10 or more ,it is easily hydrolyzed When PAM is semi-mesh structure, increasing denseness effect is moreclear.3,Using method: 1, in the papermaking process as retention agent, strengthening agent. 2 in water treatment as coagulant aid, flocculation, sludge dewatering agents. 3, in oil drilling as precipitation agent ,oil displacement agent. 4, PAM is also widely used in thickening, stabilizing colloid, drag reduction, bond, film, bio-medical materials and so on. 4, Package and Storage: Lined with plastic bag, outer kraft paper bags, 25kg/bag. Stored in a cool, dry place to prevent the sun and rain. Storage for 10 months. 5, Safety protection:This product is neutral, and should avoid the eyes, skin or clothing contact, who once splashed, rinse immediately with plenty of water. |
