Special nature
? Special surfactant mixture, used for after denim clothing stone, cleaning and anti-dyed, adapt to secondary color dye for cotton, cotton/linen, cotton/eyes, denim, twill, knit, blended cloth clothing textile dyeing. ? Prevent dye spot, white dip angle. ? Good to remove floating color and scouring effect. ? In process of washing can prevent dye spot, white staining, is active chromatin modifier of fiber. ? Suitable for dyeing and washing processes, improve with washing fastness and color vividness. Material what preventing dye coloring formed pattern in textile dyeing process. Some sticky coating on textile surface, so that dye can not contact with fibers, such as paraffin wax, rosin, starch, clay, and barium sulfate. Dubbed anti-dyed pulp first printed in fabric dyeing, pattern treated. General nature Ion: cation Appearance: colorless liquid Odor: slight Specific Gravity: 1.2 Diluted pH value: 5 ± 0.3 Solubility: easily soluble in water (safety precautions, please refer to safety data sheet of physical properties of NP-30) Application of technical information Dissolution method NP-30 can easily dissolve in cold or warm water. Recommended dosage 0.8% (fabric weight 100 square ratio) has good anti-pollution effects. To prevent white staining effect usage is 1.0 - 2.0% (fabric weight percentage). Usage NP-30 has good affinity for nylon, polyester, acrylic.
