PEW-0281 is a fine micronized wax, has uniform particle size and shape, can be easily dispersed, and has good transparency which is suitable for wood coatings application. It also has a good anti-fingerprint performance, and a good fingerprint residual effect. With the use in 2K PU wood coating, it can make the coating to have a soft touch, lasting matte effect, and abrasion resistance. It also has a synergistic anti-settling effect, to prevent precipitation of the silica matting. When used with silica, micronized polyethylene wax and silica’s general ratio is around 1:1 to 1:4. ? The range of PEW-0281 is more concentrated, and has neat molecular weight. It can provide good smoothness, scratch resistance, anti-adhesion and stain resistance to various types of inks. ?
