Specs:Appearance:White Powder;Melting Point:140 Characteristics and Purposes ? NEW-0401 is a white fine wax powder with a high melting point. It can be used for coating system to improve the polishing resistance. It provides good air permeability and adhesion resistance, and a distinct matting effect. For matting, the additional amount of NEW-0401 should depend upon the total coating formulation. ? High-shear dispersing device can be used, such as the Bead mill dispersing device. The mixing time rate should be less than 15 minutes. ? NEW-0401 can also be used as degassing agent. It can also work together with the HAA and benzoin curing system, to reduce the yellowing appearance of the benzoin. The additional amount is less than 1.5 %. |
