Properties: White powder,a little bitter taste. Specific gravity: 1.45--1.54. Soluble in chloroform, toluene, benzene, carbon tetrachloride. Insoluble in water ,gasoline and ethyl alcohol. Application: one kind of sulfuration accelerators applied widely. It can provide better scorch safety and the plateau effect is good. Given flat, moderately fast cures in NR and SR. It is usually used in combination with thiurams accelerators or basic accelerators such as guanidines, aldehyde ammonia in order to increase its activity. Good antiscorching.
