Heavy oil Viscosity Reducer
This product is compounded of multiple surfactant ,mutual solvent and organic solvent, the key component is Anionic polyether three element co polymerization and Non ionic polyether three element co polymerization ;it can help to solve the problem of hard explorattion and high cost for heavy oil. With reasonable product composition and avoid stratigraphic chromatographic effect , has Special viscosity reduction effect for heavy oil of high content of gum and asphaltene; has no any influence for refining and later demulsification of heavy oil, it also has excellent performance of salt resistance and high temperature resistance,temperature resistance of up to 250 degrees, it mainly used for production and maintenance of heavy oil field including reducing the viscosity of formation of heavy oil recovery. 1． Product index Appearance Homogeneous liquid, no mechanical impurities Density,g/cm3 0.9-1.05 Rate of viscosity reduction( 10%） ≥85% Compatibility of the crude oil emulsion breaker (Relative dehydration rate) ≥95% 2． Application Make into a solution when using and add into the crude oil according to the measurement,when meet the high pour point of crude oil,can increase dosage of product accordingly, when do pretreatment of steam soaking at heavy oil block, it can be Mixed proportion by 1:100 ratio of hot water in union station. The temperature of well usually can not be lower then 60℃ when in the process of using , then put the ready solution into the inner of well from shaft, Make the product mixed with heavy oil fully by the effect of pump to reach the purpose of oil reducing viscosity and exploitation. The applicantion , mixture ratio, concentration can be decided by the actual water content in oilfield. 3.Package & Storage 1.This product packed with plastic drum ,N.W 200KG/Drum. 2.Stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place;Avoid strong collision under transportation and damage , the validity period is 1 year. |
