Quantity: 100 Specs:tubular centrifuge,centrifuge,disc cetrifuge GF Tubular Bowl Centrifuge is used for separating various emulsions which are difficult to separate, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation for the two liquids with slight gravity difference and liquid-liquid-solid separation for a mixture consists of two immiscible liquids that may contain fine suspended solids in small quantities. It is a high-speed centrifuge with strong separating capacity. The suspension is fed through the bottom, the bowl of the centrifuge rotates around its axis and forms a strong centrifugal forceand the centrifugal force separates the suspension into liquids and solid. The lighter liquid and the heavier liquid drain out from their respective liquid outlets on the top of the separator.At the same time the solids are deposited on the bowl's wall. When the bowl full accumulated with solids, there will be no liquid comes out, the machine shall be power off. After the machine completely stopped, dismantle the bowl from the machine and clean the accumulated solids manually from the bowl with special tools supplied together with the separator. The parts contact with the material is made of stainless steel. The machine body is iron casted which can be covered with stainless steel or painted according to the material to requirement of the customer. The main applications of the tubular centrifuge separator for oil separation are: Vegetable oil:Coconut oil, olive oil, colza oil, mint oil, sea buckthorn oil,seabuckthorn oil,lemon oil, cotton seed oil, core oil, palm oil, avocado oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, rice oil, sesame oil, safflower oil, waste cook oils. Animal oil: Fish oil and other animal oil. Mineral oil: Fuel oil, diesel oil, lubrication oil, transformer oil and waste oils. |
