Type Application Field Dilution ration recommended FRW-0108 Silicone rubber& fluorine rubber 1:10 FRW-0205 Acryloitrile rubber & mixed rubber of natural rubber and nitrile 1:10 FRW-0505 Natural rubber 1:20 FRW-0510 PE、EVA、PVC、rubber pipe 1:25 FRW-0605 EPDM rubber& fluorine rubber 1:20 Notes for usage: 1. Clean mould required before; 2. Above all dilution ratio is due to the actual ratio; 3. Mold with demoulding agent should dry on 180-200℃ through twice curing mold with the first drying time of 15ms& the second of 10ms; 4. Twice cross spraying can improve mold surface; 5. Be free from flammability, explosive, radioactrive substances and PFOS/PFOA. |
