Organic Bentonite Modifier(6D318D)
Another Name Emulsifier 6D318D; Bentonite intercalation agent 6D318D; Cationic modifying agent 6D318D Character Appearance :yellowish-brown cream or semi liquid PH Value：6.5-7.5 Content: 80% Average molecular weight:1250-1480 Water-solubility: it is milky white dispersed when in the Normal temperature water , and it can be dissolved when heated, come back to milky white dispersion state after cooled. Notice: Due to the physical properties of the material, with the changing of temperature, it will appear in the case of semi - soluble and insoluble. Just like Precipitation and stratification condition,will become a stable uniform system after heated,it is not a quality problem. Application: The Overlay modification treatmen of bentonite, and reach the cation modified soil with fixed grain spacing,make it with more economical cost .It also can be used in the cationic system of emulsifier, asphalt emulsion, silicone emulsion, etc.. Characteristic: 1. can get excellent layer spacing. 2 Dosage: Only need 0.6 mol can get the same effect of 1 mol of the modified treatment effect of single alkyl quaternary ammonium salt. 3 good hydrophobic properties. 4 excellent emulsifying dispersion. 5 dry product has good solubility in toluene and ethanol in organic solvent at normal temperature.
