Base surface requirement: dry, clean and non-pollution 2. Application tools: cutting machine, blower, pouring equipment, brush, shovel knife etc. l Application methods 1. Application slot cutting: use the cutting machine to cut good application slot according to the designing and planning, with the application tools such as blower, brush, shovel knife etc. to remove the dust and debris, and sufficiently drying. 2. The liner material placement: put the polyethylene foam strip slightly larger than the gap into the application slot, the depth is according to the application condition. 3.Application: Put the sealant into the pouring equipment, the extruding sealant hose go deep into the bottom of slot, then inject the sealant to the application slot. 4. Reserve gap: The application joint will expand with temperature changing, therefore, after application, the sealant should be lower than the road surface. In summer: 2-3cm, In winter: 1-2mm. 5.
