Applications: This product is made by international advanced dry manufacturing technique (high speed dispersing direct Neutralization Titration). It is energy saving, non-toxic during processing. The turnoff is high purity, low free acid and good lubricity. Properties: Chemical name: Calcium Stearate. Molecular formula: Ca (C17H35COO) 2. Molecular weight: M=606. Physical and Chemical Properties: white fine powder, non-toxic, soluble slightly in hot alcohol. It will absorb moisture in air and decompounds into stearate and calcium when meeting strong acid. Product Quality: The standard HG/T 2338-92 Technical Index: Item Index (First-Grade) Calcium Content % 6.5±0.7 Free Acid (stearic acid ) %≤ 1.0 Loss on Drying ( moisture ) %≤ 3.0 Melting Point ℃≥ 150±5 Fineness(through 0.075mm-mesh) %≥ 99.0 Applications: Widely used as heat stabilizer for UPVC. It can increasing the gelation speed with base of lead salt and lead soap. Used as PP and PE halogen absorber to eliminates negative impact on residual catalyst to resin color and stability, improves resin’s yellow index and fluidity. Lubricant in polyolefin fiber and mouldedwork. Mold release, plasticizer, lubricating grease’s thickening agent, textile’s water proofing agent, paint flatting agent etc. for rubber processing. This product also can be used for food additives, forage additives and cosmetic etc. Package: 20Kg per plastic woven bag, with inner PE bag. Storage: In cool and draught place, no exposure to moisture, heat, fire or corrosion, not pile with acid, Bases and corrosion goods.. Shelf time: 12 months. |
