Item No.: SilibaseDF-8500 Product Introduction: SilibaseDF-8500 Aqueous System Antifoamer is a high-content, high-efficiency silicone defoamer designed for use in aqueous systems. It is an aqueous emulsion with excellent stability. It is easy to use if it is diluted directly with water and does not cause oil bleaching. The product consumption is small and the defoaming is fast, which not only can quickly eliminate the foam, but also has obvious effects in suppressing the persistence of the foam. Moreover, it can still inhibit foaming and defoaming under different application conditions (PH4-12). Standards of SilibaseDF-8500 Aqueous System Antifoamer: ● Appearance: White viscous fluid emulsion ● Non-volatiles (%): 46-50 ● Kinematic viscosity (CPS, 25℃): 1000-2500 ● Density (20℃, g/cm3): 0.98-1.00 ● pH value: 6-9 ● Ion type: Nonionic ● Suitable for thinner: Water Active Ingredient: Special silicone modified polysiloxane, dispersant, silicone polyether emulsifier. Packaging Storage: This product is packed in 125L flange plastic drum. After using SilibaseDF-8500 Aqueous System Antifoamer, the container must be closed to maintain product quality. Store at room temperature and avoid prolonged exposure to extremely hot or frozen conditions. Because the product contains water, it must be prevented from freezing! So as not to cause product stratification, so that the product is not suitable for continued use. |
