Molecular formula:C13H16N2S2 Molecular weight:264.41 Appearance:off-white powder Initial Melting point≥98.0oC Heating loss≤0.30% Ash≤0.30% Residue on Sieve(150μm)≤0.1% Properties: off-white powder. Specific gravity 1.27-1.30, Melting point98oC& above, Soluble in benzene, boluene, chloroform, CS2, CH2Cl2 acetone, ethyl acetate, hardly soluble in alcohol, insoluble in water, gasoline, acid / alkali with lower concentration Uses: CBS has excellent scorching property, high curing rate, high modulus of vulcanized rubbers, wide range of application. It is a sulfenamide accelerator with the highest activity in EPDM. Accelerant . Suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber and tire and other rubber products, can improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber products. Packing: PE film bag lined PP woven bag or laminated kraft bag, Net wt 25kg. Storage: Stored in cool and dry place, avoid fire, insolation and moisture. |
