Vinyl Chloride-Vinyl Acetate Terpolymer (VROH-1) VROH-1 is a Hydroxyl-modified vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate terpolymer. Composition is about 73% vinyl chloride, 16% vinyl acetate, 11% hydroxyalkyl acrylate. It dissolves well in ester solvent.Pls refer contact details on www.benechemical.ltd Technical data: ITEM VROH-1 Appearance White powder Viscosity No., ml/g 40-42 K Value 41-43 Volatilization, % ≤2 Apparent density, g/ml ≥0.6 Solubility transparent by EA in 20% solution Composition Vinyl chloride, % 72-74 Vinyl acetate, % 15-17 Vinyl alcohol, % 10-12 Application: * Inks: gravure ink. * Paints: wood lacquer, metal paint, plastic paint, engine casing paint, UV primer, vinyl based paint, * ship bottom paint. * Coatings: clear coatings on metal, wood, paper, film, foil and fabric, etc. marine and maintenance coatings. * Adhesives: PVC adhesive, vinyl based adhesive for composite packaging, magnetic tape adhesive. Package & Storage: * Net25kg/bag, craft paper bag with PE inner bag. * Store in a dry room, at the room temperature of below 30°C, cool and well-ventilated place. Under these conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the manufacture date. If the store temperature is above 40°C, the material should be used within 3 months. |
