Property of SilibaseLE-3249 Silicone Substrate Wetting Agent: Reduce surface tension, improve wettability and leveling of substrates, with hydrolysis resistance and good compatibility Product Characteristics: ● SilibaseLE-3249 Silicone Substrate Wetting Agent is used in water-borne system. It can reduce the surface tension strongly and has excellent wetting and leveling of substrates. ● The additives have good hydrolysis stability and long-term stability in the paint system of pH 4-10.
