  Product Name: Resin Modifier for PU Leather Item No.: SilibaseLE-3111 Overview of Characteristics: ● SilibaseLE-3111 Resin Modifier for PU Leather has excellent compatibility with organic resin and does not affect the transparency of resin. ● Polydimethylsiloxane and polyoxyethylene copolymers with primary hydroxyl groups can react with polyurethane prepolymer, so they are designed as modifiers of polyurethane resin to improve its smoothness and adhesion resistance, and have excellent compatibility. Functional Group: ABA Silicone SPE Description: SilibaseLE-3111 Resin Modifier for PU Leather is an ABA-type polydimethylsiloxane polyoxyethylene copolymer with primary hydroxyl functional groups at the end of the molecular chain. It can be designed as a modifier of organic resins to improve the smoothness and viscous properties of resins. In the design of molecular structure, the balance of the chain length of organosilicon and polyether and the molecular weight of polyurethane are considered, so the copolymerization of polyurethane with polyurethane has the least effect on the transparency of resin film. Technical Indicators: ● Appearance: Transparent yellowish liquid (less than 15℃ coagulation) ● Active substance content: 100% ● Viscosity (25℃):200-300CST Suggested Dosage and Use Method: ● Pre-dilution is required before application or addition to the system. It can be diluted by organic solvents or water. The solubility in water can reach up to 30%. ● SilibaseLE-3111 Resin Modifier for PU Leather can be used for copolymerization and proportionate addition reaction. The addition amount is generally 0.5-2.0%. ● For post-addition, pre-dilution is needed before adding to the system, and the addition amount is 0.5-3.0%.
