Usage
1.In the food industry, it is used as a quality improver, PH regulator, nutrition enhancer, fermentation aid, chelating agent, and stabilizer.

2.In the printing and dyeing industry, it is used as a stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide bleaching and as a filler for rayon (to enhance the strength and elasticity of the silk).Cleaning agent for printing plates and mordant for dyeing.
