This product is an important chemical raw material and organic solvent, and is widely used in medicine, textile, dyestuff and cosmetics industries. It is mainly used to make:

II. Characteristics:
Colorless and transparent, with a boiling point of 245oC and a melting point of 24.6oC. It is a liquid above 25oC, can be mix dissolved with water, alcohol, ether, chloroform, benzene, acetic acid, ethyl ester and carbon disulfide, and is difficult to dissolve in petroleum ether.
