Property of SilibaseLE-3249 Silicone Substrate Wetting Agent: Reduce surface tension, improve wettability and leveling of substrates, with hydrolysis resistance and good compatibility Product Characteristics: ● SilibaseLE-3249 Silicone Substrate Wetting Agent is used in water-borne system. It can reduce the surface tension strongly and has excellent wetting and leveling of substrates. ● The additives have good hydrolysis stability and long-term stability in the paint system of pH 4-10. Standards of SilibaseLE-3249 Silicone Substrate Wetting Agent: ● Appearance: Light yellow liquid ● Viscosity (25℃): 50-200CST ● Active substance content: 100% ● Surface tension (0.1%): ￡22.0mN/m Suggested Additions:0.1-1.0% Shelf Life: Shelf life is 24 months.
