  Application ::?HY-316 is a newly type compound processing assistant and its main composition are compound polarity and non polarity,straight chain and branch chain polyolefin and copolymer.It can quicken plasticizing for PVC resin and enhance speed of extruding that can reduce consumption of ACR-316 has an ultra metal ?stripping characteristics and meantime become high effective exterior lubricant for PVC processing.AC-316 has a good compatibility with PVC resin in transparent PVC products and it has high efficiency of exterior lubricating that obviously reduced its consumption than compound ester exterior lubricant.Hence,its products with best transparency and downed the prescription cost.

Up?torque,back pressure of the equipment will be high and material fluidity enhanced.Therefore,reduced consumption of ACR and can increase ?fillings suitably to cut the cost,meantime enhance speed of extruding 10~20%.For the obvious promotion of plasticizing in processing,that can down 2～5 ℃ of barrel plasticizing zone, complete plasticizing in lower temperature and enhance material heat stability.For its melting point higher,ultra metal stripping silver characteristics and post-lubricating effect good that can enhance die temperature 2～5 ℃ and obtain brightness satisfied.
