Product Description:This product is strong absorptive corrosion inhibitor, which can absorb on the surface of the metal, form catenoid multilayer protective tissue, to obstruct the contact of acid solution with the metal, the inhibitory efficiency rate in mud acid (12%HCl + 6%HF) is more than 95%, no pitting corrosion, pointed corrosion and strip corrosion, applicable temperature 60-90οC.
Applicable scope: This product is high efficient acid corrosion inhibitor cooperated by quaternary ammonium salt and surfactant. It applies to the antisepsis of the line pipe and equipment in the acidification process in oil-gas wells and injection wells.

Use-method: Add into the acid solution directly, after homogenization, operate according to acidification process. The recommend dosage is 1%, if the concentration of acid solution is very high, the usage of corrosion inhibitor should be adjusted appropriately under the instruction of the technicians.
