Product Description:This product is strong absorptive high temperature acid corrosion inhibitor. The main agent and supplementary agent enhance and complement each other to act on the surface of metal together, form multilayer meshy compact protective tissue, obstruct the contact of acid solution with the metal, no pitting corrosion and pointed corrosion, applicable temperature up to 140℃. This product is safe, reliable, no damage and corrosion to the construction equipment.

Applicable scope:The main agent of high temperature acid corrosion inhibitor is quaternary ammonium salt, also cooperate with surfactant and other composition. It applies to the antisepsis of the line pipe and equipment in the acidification process in oil-gas wells and injection wells. Especially the protection effect is better for oil pipe with Cr under high temperature acidification circumstance.

Technical indicators:

Use-method:  Add into the acid solution directly, after homogenization, operate according to acidification process. The recommend dosage is 2.6% main agent + 1.3% complementary agent under120-140^οC, if the concentration of acid solution is very high, the usage of corrosion inhibitor should be added appropriately under the instruction of the technicians.
