Properties: HER is aromatic diol chain extender. It has good compatibility with MDI. Widely applied in PU elastomer of millable、casting and thermoplastic. It is certified that HER could maintain elastomer’s persistence 、 elasticity and plasticity. At the same time , it can minimize the limitation of contractibility property and no pollution. Besides the advantages of aromatic chain extender , HER hasn’t the disadvantages of HQEE’s crystallization rapidly with cool slightly and could provides better plasticity 、 tearing strength 、 initial strength 、 shore hardness 、compression deformation and special advantages like low shrinkage 、 the shear resistance 、 good toughness 、 non-permeable 、 low melting point 、 easy operation.
Application:
As the chain extender , it is available to cast wheel 、 sealing element 、inviscid combination of tyres 、 the mud pipe lining、the skateboard wheels 、beverage container 、flexible and stiff package material.
