Characteristics SD 705 is self-emulsifying silicone defoamers, can be used directly or preparation of silicone antifoam emulsion.
Application SD 705 and antifoam emulsions formulated with SD 705 particularly suitable in high temperature, high shear, but not strong alkaline conditions. Therefore, SD 705 is formulated with jet stability defoamers ideal raw material. Special recommend defoamer formulated using SD 705 in following process: ? High temperature polyester dyeing ? Use reactive dyes or disperse dyes polyester/cotton blended fabric dyeing Index Appearance milky white liquid active ingredient 100% Diluted reference Formulated using SD 705 5% solids content emulsion, easy to use, and good dispersibility. Recommended formula 40 parts deionized water (I) 5 parts SD 705 55 parts deionized water (II) Preparation process Pour deionized water (I) into mixing bucket; start stirrer, speed at 500 revolutions per minute, SD 705 add to deionized water (I), and stir for 15 minutes until formation of viscous, homogeneous slurry; Deionized water (II) add slowly to paste hydrated slurry mixing and then continue to add water; If you save a long time, it should be appropriate to add preservatives; preparation complete, filter through a 0.4 mm sieve.
